Melanie has worked in the real estate and title industry for over 15 years. She has experience in every aspect of the closing process and knows how to make a transaction close smoothly. She works great under pressure, is highly organized, and loves working with people. You will rarely find her without a smile on her face. Originally a native of Southern California, she moved to Tennessee in 2007, where she later met her husband. She loves raising her family in the South, and you can usually find her with a camera and a good book.

Treese Epperson is the Escrow Processor. She was born and raised in Franklin; however, for the past 20 years she’s called Murfreesboro home where she graduated from MTSU. Treese has diverse work experience including 20 years in the financial/ Mortgage industry. Her vast work experience in the financial industry has established within her the commitment and dedication to make sure each client is taken care of in a timely manner and treated right. Treese’s goal has always been to have her clients feel like family. She brings with her a passion for doing a job she loves, along with high level of organizational skills, time management and attention to detail. Along with an attitude of doing what it takes to get the job done, she believes her success is attributed to her determination in giving the highest level of customer service and then some. She has a very high expectation of herself and is always willing to learn. She has a wonderful Daughter that keeps her on her toes and in her downtime loves anything outdoors.

With a dynamic career encompassing strategic leadership and operational excellence, Bethany brings a wealth of experience to her new role as an Office Coordinator for our Orange Beach office. During her time as a Development Director at a private school, she championed innovative initiatives to drive growth and enhance philanthropic support. Her success continued as she ventured into entrepreneurship, founding and overseeing a thriving private investigation company for over three years. Through both roles, Bethany has honed her abilities in building meaningful relationships, fostering growth, and implementing strategic solutions. She is eager to apply her expertise to create a lasting impact in her new endeavor with Authority Title & Escrow.

Sheila Reburn, originally from Springfield, Tennessee, is a distinguished professional who has dedicated herself to a career in the real estate and title industry for over 38 years. Her journey began when she made Murfreesboro, Tennessee, her home as she pursued her education at Middle Tennessee State University, where she majored in Criminal Justice and Psychology.
During her time at MTSU, Sheila took on the role of a student police officer, gaining invaluable experience in law enforcement and developing her capacity to thrive under pressure. Her academic pursuits laid a strong foundation for her future endeavors.
Over the course of her remarkable 38-year career, Sheila has consistently demonstrated her exceptional skills in real estate and title services. Her passion for her work is evident in her genuine enjoyment of meeting new people and her particular affinity for assisting first-time home buyers. Sheila’s dedication to providing valuable advice and guidance to those navigating the complexities of the home buying process has been a hallmark of her professional journey.
In addition to her illustrious career, Sheila is a dedicated wife of 35 years to a local builder, and together, they have raised three remarkable children. Her son serves as a sheriff’s deputy and part-time realtor, as well as two accomplished daughters who are devoted teachers. The Reburn family is further blessed by the presence of eight cherished grandchildren, and they take immense joy in spending quality time with them. Whether it’s through baking, hosting sleepovers, or attending their sports events, Sheila and her family cherish these moments of togetherness.

Her warm and friendly demeanor makes her the perfect first point of contact for our valued clients.
In her free time, Debbie has a wide range of hobbies that keep her busy and showcase her diverse talents. She enjoys quality time with her family, exploring new destinations through travel, knitting intricate creations, whipping up delicious baked goods, and expressing her creativity through writing. Notably, Debbie is a published author, a testament to her passion for storytelling and her ability to captivate with words.
One of her most remarkable achievements was the opportunity to perform one of her original songs on the legendary Grand Ole Opry stage, where she shared her love for music with a captivated audience.

Tabitha’s intuitive ability to communicate with others throughout the closing process creates an exceptional closing experience.
